and 10 - 15 business days for custom promotional products is.
Lead-times may vary depending on receipt of artwork and/or
availability of materials.

-Imprint and material color change:
$7 per change.
-No changes allowed after product
production has started
-Cancelled orders will be billed
for all work completed.
-No returns accepted after 30
days of shipment. Returns due to manufacturing error will be
accepted. You must obtain a return authorization number before a
return will be accepted.
-Returned blank goods are subject
to a 15% restocking fee.
-Orders are shipped via UPS
Ground or Flat USPS Priority unless specified otherwise at time of order.
-All items are packaged in bulk.
-Special packaging is available
(call for quote).
-Payment is either by major
credit card, corporate purchase card or check.
For easy payment, we encourage Paypal.
PayPal Money Request Invoice will be sent via email for a
convenient and direct payment.
-F.O.B. our factory.
-Drop ship service charge: $5 per
